The villa
Considered design, framed by the sea
Set directly on the coast, the villa is a study in restraint: natural stone, oak and glass arranged to bring the outside in. Wide sliding walls open the living spaces onto a shaded terrace and the infinity pool beyond.
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are laid out for privacy and quiet, each finished with linen, natural materials and considered light. It is a home built to be lived in slowly.

A tour of the villa
Ground floor
The ground floor has its own entrance. After entering you reach the hall leading to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; the other two bedrooms share a bathroom in the middle of the hall. All bedrooms have air conditioning and king-size double beds (180x200). The laundry room is also on the ground floor, with access to the garden.
First floor
A coral-inlaid staircase leads to the spacious living room on the first floor, where the modern open kitchen is also located. The kitchen has built-in appliances and a cooking island. The living room flows into the outdoor living area with a large lounge sofa and dining table with bench and chairs. A staircase from here leads down into the garden. The 4th bedroom is also on this floor with its own shower bathroom. There is a separate toilet.
Outside
Here you will find the pool with lounge area. Walking towards the sea you reach the cozy gazebo that also provides plenty of shade. At the water's edge there is a staircase leading into the beautiful Caribbean Sea.
Minimum stay during the Christmas holiday period is 2 weeks.
